  • Started my carrier as Technical officer in casein section of  Mahaan Proteins Pvt Ltd. Kosikalaan , Mathura7 (U. P)  in the year 1996 and was responsible for casein production and demineralsation of whey by ion exchange and membrane filtration.
  • Joined Jagjit industries in the year 1998  as shift incharge in dairy and malted food division and was responsible for supervising  various sections   i.e. Reception of milk, Butter and ghee section,Drying section for milk and malted foods.
  • In the year 2000 joined Allahabad Agricultural Deemed University as Assistant Professor  Department of Dairy Technology
